PDC inserts for oil drilling
The PDC inserts are produced by the most advanced inserts for drilling applications. And consists of a spherical domed carbide substrate and a diamond layer sintered on the surface of the carbide substrate. The new generation of PDC inserts has been optimized by improving the ratio of diamond powders as well as the synthesis mode structure, and the pressing process, manufacturing, and testing, so as to improve the impact properties of PDC inserts, and have high wear resistance and thermal stability.
Usage:
For heel row, gauge row and head OD of roller cone bits (tricone roller rock bit) and PDC bits/hole openers/stabilisers/PDC reamers/drilling tools.
Feature:
Compared with traditional tungsten carbide inserts, PDC inserts have the advantages of long service life(improve wear resistance more than 10 times), high rock breaking efficiency, and low comprehensive use cost.

Product Introduction
PDC inserts are made of tungsten carbide substrates and diamond powder sintered under high temperature and high pressure, which have the impact property of tungsten carbide and the wear resistance of diamond. At the same time, due to the excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance of diamond, the thermal fatigue failure in the process of rock breaking can be greatly reduced in the application process.
