Silver Brazing Rods are cadmium-free silver-based filler metals formulated with silver, copper, zinc, and tin, and optionally nickel for enhanced joint strength and wetting performance.
By introducing tin (Sn) into the Ag–Cu–Zn system, the alloy achieves a lower melting temperature, improved plasticity, and excellent wettability on stainless steel and copper alloys.
These rods produce bright, clean, and dense brazed joints without cadmium pollution, making them ideal for food-grade stainless steel brazing and other environmentally sensitive applications.
